This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Jefferson county upholding an order of the county court of said county relieving Vida Dillard, executrix of the estate of J. H. Dillard, deceased, from continuing to furnish a bond to secure the faithful performance of her duties as said executrix and releasing the sureties on said bond.
From the record and the facts stipulated, it appears that the executrix is the surviving widow of the decedent and is the person expressly named in his will for appointment as his executrix, without bond.
