On May 6, 1925, Elizabeth "Wright,

acting as an authorized agent of the Bail estate, by an instrument in writing appointed the defendants her sole agents to sell or exchange certain property in the city of Mnslcegon, for which they were to receive a commission in case of sale “of 5 per cent, on $8,500.” The defendants placed a sign upon the property.
