Pending before the Court is a motion by the plaintiff Advantage Title Agency, Inc. (“Advantage” or the “plaintiff’) for an order authorizing and directing Advantage to deposit into the Court registry certain funds it holds in escrow in the amount of $36,804, less its attorney’s fees and disbursements in connection with this action.
