Diamond (“Diamond”), pro se, appeals from a decision by the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (“Veterans Court”) remanding her claim for an increased rating for her service-connected right knee disability and denying service connection for a lower back disability, including service connection secondary to her service-connected right knee disability.
