The judgment herein is for the sum of $144.50. So far as the papers before me show, the only asset possessed by the judgment debtor is an undivided one-half interest, as tenant by the entirety with his wife, in a three-family house, rented.

Title to the property was taken in November, 1938, at the purchase price of $7,500, on which the judgment debtor paid the sum of $1,500 in cash to the seller, Home Owners’ Loan Corporation. The judgment debtor and his wife executed and delivered to the seller their purchase-money bond and mortgage in the sum of $6,000, which amount is payable in monthly…
