The Solicitor-General of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, in the name of and on behalf of .the State, filed a petition in the Superior Court of Hall County to condemn a certain described Ford automobile, alleging that the sheriff, on April 13, 1949, seized said automobile while it was being used to convey, remove, conceal, and store intoxicating liquors and beverages in violation of the law, on a public highway in Hall County, Georgia, and that said automobile was.being operated by J.
