—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and wrongful death, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vinik, J.), dated August 4, 1989, which, upon a ruling granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint made at the close of the evidence adduced at the trial, is in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiffs dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
