Appellant Michael R. Halpin appeals from the district court’s denial of disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, and supplemental security income benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (the Act) 804 F.Supp. 1117. Appellant contends on appeal that the district court erred in its conclusion that appellant was not under a disability as defined by the Act.
