*252{¶ 1} Respondent, Judge William S. Medley, Attorney Registration No. 0031001, is the judge of the Gallia County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division. He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1980.

{¶ 2} Between October 2002 and August 2003, relator, Disciplinary Counsel, charged respondent with six counts of violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct that occurred while respondent was the sole judge on the Gallipolis Municipal Court.
