The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has filed a mandamus petition against the Honorable Bonnie Rangel, Judge of the 171st District Court of El Paso County, Texas, challenging an order denying TxDOT’s motion to stay the underlying case pending interlocutory ap peal. 1 The petition for writ of mandamus is denied.
