Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Clark, J.), entered June 3, 2013 in Schenectady County, which denied a motion by defendants Steven M. Lynch and the Plastic Surgery Group, LLP for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
Defendant Steven M. Lynch performed a bilateral breast reduction and lift procedure and bilateral brachioplasty on plaintiff Maria D.
