The decision of the court dated August 27, 1979 is herewith withdrawn and in the place thereof the following is made.

This is a proceeding to probate the will of decedent who died March 7, 1979 leaving a will dated September 13, 1978 and a first codicil thereto dated October 20, 1978. The codicil specifically revoked certain devises and bequests contained in decedent’s will for the benefit of Jane Polinsky, daughter of the decedent.
