AMDAHL, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a denial of a petition for postconviction relief in the form of resentencing according to the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 590.01, subd. 3 (Supp.1981). We affirm.

Petitioner, who is now 32, was convicted in Ramsey County District Court in October 1976 of uttering a forged check, Minn.Stat. § 609.625, subd. 3 (1980), and was sentenced to a 10-year prison term to run consecutively to a previously imposed 5-year term for another forgery offense.
