I. INTRODUCTION
On October 7, 2014, defendant Jose Luis Rodriguez was charged with Theft or Re*909ceipt of Stolen Mail, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708. Through this motion, the defense seeks to suppress evidence found during a November 30, 2012 search of a Cadillac Deville automobile, as well as post-arrest statements and evidence derived therefrom.
