OPINION

OMAN, Judge, Court of Appeals.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his complaint after trial. Wc affirm.

The facts are:(1) On March 22, 1957, plaintiff and his wife, as purchasers, entered into a “Real Estate Contract” with Vivian R. Hedman, as owner, whereby Pledman agreed to sell and the Hoppers agreed to purchase two improved lots in the City of Albuquerque. This contract, which will hereinafter be referred to as the Hedman-Hopper contract, was largely a printed contract form used extensively in Bernalillo County.
