STEPHENSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the trial court dissolving a temporary restraining order and denying a temporary injunction. The parties will be referred to here as they were in the trial court.

June 5, 1962, plaintiffs filed suit in the District Court of Jasper County -under Cause No. 6864, as a minority stockholder, against Buna Sales & Service Company, a Texas corporation, and against the majority stockholders.
