Introduction

The Kansas City Public School District (KCPS) appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding in favor of Danny Holmes and Paul White (Plaintiffs collectively) on their claims alleging retaliation under the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA).1 KCPS asserts three points on appeal.
