The Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct brings two petitions for suspension of the respondent, Douglas R. Bourdon, from the practice of law. See Sup. Ct. R. 37(13). The respondent has been a member of the New Hampshire *367Bar since 1982 and is currently a sole practitioner in Nashua. The two petitions charge professional misconduct arising from respondent’s representation of two clients, one being Darlene D. and the other Louis Kluntz, and ask for two consecutive six-month suspensions. The matters are unrelated to one another.
