Corbett Allen (Allen) appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Thomas Powell (Powell) and Powell Industries, Inc. (the corporation), in a suit involving wrongful termination and tortious interference with a contract. By two points of error, Allen contends that the trial court erred in 1) granting summary judgment on his claim that he was terminated from his employment because he refused to commit an illegal act; and 2) granting summary judgment on his claim that Powell tortiously interfered with his contract with the corporation.
