The question presented is whether the jury answered enough of the special issues to support the judgment which was entered on the verdict. Plaintiffs, Preston 0. Barker, Jr., and his minor son, David Keith Barker, sued defendant, Bateman Foundry & Machine Company, Inc., for the boy’s personal injuries.
