This is an action of assumpsit brought by the Plaintiff for the recovery of $2,880, being the amount of deposits made with the Defendants by the Plaintiff’s testator: said Defendants being, at the time when said deposits were made, a corporation, doing business in the city of Richmond, Virginia. The ordinary Common Counts for money paid, had and received, &c., constitute the declaration.
