OPINION

GEBELEIN, Judge.

Defendant OY Partek AB (hereinafter “Partek”), a Finnish corporation, filed a notice of exceptions to the Asbestos Master’s final report granting plaintiffs’ motion to compel production of documents from Partek which are located in Finland. The Master granted plaintiffs’ motion despite Partek’s contention that discovery of the documents should be taken pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters of 1970, 23 U.S.T. 2555, T.I.A.S.
