FACTUAL SUMMARY

This case stems from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on June 2, 2010 on Route 590 in Lake Ariel, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. Plaintiff, Deborah Laabs (“plaintiff’), was stopped in traffic when defendant Sorayda Busillo crashed into plaintiff’s vehicle without warning.
