Defendant in this adversary proceeding is debtor in the related bankruptcy case. Defendant was a party to state court litigation brought by the State of Ohio, on the relation of its Attorney General, director of Environmental Protection and Department of Natural Resources, which eventuated in an agreed Judgment Entry filed in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas.
