The appellees, Leon Rzesutko and Maryanna Rzesutko, filed their amended application in the circuit court of Cook county to have their title in fee simple to lot 44 in block 2, in the subdivision of block 21, in Canal Trustees’ subdivision of the east half of section 31, township 39 north, range 14 east of the third principal meridian, in Cook county, registered under the act concerning land titles.
