This appeal is from a decree against the garnishee, International Vegetable Oil Company. On November 18, 1932, a final decree was entered in the cause of Thurman Talley v. A. K. Tigrett, in favor of complainant, Talley, and against defendant, Tigrett, for the sum of $507.15, and the costs of the cause, amounting to $15.60. On January 17, 1933, garnishment was served on the International Vegetable Oil Company, returnable the first Monday in April, 1933.
