BICKS, District Judge.

I. Lawrence Lesavoy, the alleged sole stockholder of the bankrupt who claims to be an unsecured creditor and the owner of the beneficial interest in a first mortgage on the bankrupt’s property, and three companies, allegedly unsecured creditors, controlled by Lesavoy, bring this petition to review an order made by Hon.
