— This is a proceeding in a Court of Chancery, to invoke the aid of that court in the collection of certain judgments at law mentioned in the bill. The first of these was rendered in October, 1861, in a Circuit Court of Cherokee County, under the insurrectionary government existing in this State during the late Rebellion. The second was rendered in the same case, between the same parties, on the 1st day of May, 1866, after the failure of the Rebellion, in the Circuit Court of said County of Cherokee.
