MEMORANDUM OPINION

The plaintiff, John Coon, proceeding pro se, brought a variety of state law claims arising from a 2010 real estate transaction for which the defendants acted as the plaintiffs real estate agents. On September 18, 2014, this Court granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss all but one of these claims, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), for failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted.
