In January 1971 Lydia Corso commenced her action against appellees. 1 Approximately three years and eight months later, the action was dismissed on the motion of the Attorney General for want of prosecution under Civil Rule 41(b). 2 At the end of another year, Ms. Corso filed a motion to set aside the order of dismissal under Civil Rule 60(b). 3 After a hearing, the motion was denied on January 2, 1976.
