Lin this personal injury matter, defendants/appellants Lori A. Jackson and Louisiana Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company appeal a judgment awarding plaintiff/appellee Melvin Millien $62,500 and related medical expenses. The trial judge found that Mr. Millien sustained injuries as a result of falling off Ms. Jackson’s roof while in the process of placing a tarp on the damaged roof.
