*865In a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the mother appeals, as limited by her brief, from stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Lynaugh, J.), entered January 3, 2006, which, after a hearing, and, inter alia, upon denying the father’s petition to modify custody, modified a prior order of the same court (Spinner, J.), entered March 22, 2002, as amended July 14, 2003, by directing, among other things, that the father shall have visitation with the subject child during the first three weekends of each month.
