*486Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lewis, J.), rendered June 2, 2006, convicting him of robbery in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him to consecutive indeterminate terms of 3x/2 to 7 years’ imprisonment on each count.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by providing that the sentences imposed shall run concurrently with each other; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
