Christopher Coker (“Coker”) filed this Fair Labor Standards Action (“FLSA”) action against his former employer Select Energy Services, LLC (“Select Energy”) on June 3, 2015. Coker filed a Motion to Certify Class (Dkt. 8) on July 8, 2015. Subsequently, Select Energy filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction (Dkt. 16).
