Hart, C. J.,

(after stating the facts). It appears from the record that Piggott Special School District No. 52 was created by special act of the Legislature. Subsequently, another Legislature passed act 48, amending the original act under which the district was created. Special Acts of 1923, p. 98. That special act gives the county board of education of Clay County the authority to make changes in the boundary line of the Special School District of Piggott under certain conditions, which are recited in the act.
