NICHOLLS, J.
On January 17, 1908, the grand jury for the parish of Tangipahoa found an indictment against the defendant for having on the - day of -, in 1907, willfully and unlawfully sold and retailed spirituous liquors without having first obtained a license from the state, parish, or municipal authority.
