This is an action of tort brought in the Rutland Municipal Court for the conversion of certain articles of personal property upon which the defendant claimed a lien for storage charges. Trial was by the court. Findings of fact were made and filed. Judgment was entered for the plaintiff. The case is here on exceptions of the defendant to certain findings, to the refusal to find as requested and to the judgment.
