The instant appeal arises from the denial of a preliminary injunction in an action for copyright infringement. In this appeal, Plaintiff-Appellant Country Kids ’N Slicks, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) contends that the district court erred in ruling for purposes of the preliminary injunction that Defendants-Ap-pellees Vickie Sheen, Bill Sheen, Flake Wells, and LaDawn Bragg, d/b/a Carousel Kids (collectively “Defendants”) did not establish infringement on its copyrights describing certain wooden dolls modelled after the traditional paper dolls.
