JACKSON, District Judge.
Civil Action No. 244-62 is a suit for trademark infringement and unfair competition, under common law and the Lan-ham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), in which plaintiff claims that the adoption and use by the corporate defendants of the name “INTERARMCO” as a trademark, trade name, and corporate name, constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition in relation to plaintiff’s trademark, trade name, and corporate name “ARMCO”.
