Defendant, Michael S. Casazza, appeals a judgment entered against him on a jury ver dict finding him liable to plaintiff, Ajay Sports, Inc. (AST), for damages resulting from a creditor claim of wrongful distribution of assets. We affirm.

Ajay Leisure Products, Inc. (Ajay Leisure), a subsidiary of ASI, is a manufacturer of golf products. In 1991, Pro-Mark, Inc.
