Appellant-petitioner Brad C. Angleton appeals the order of the Marion Probate Court denying his claim against the Estate of Cheryl Ann Angleton, Shirley Adkins, Adminis-tratrix (Estate) and declaring him a constructive trustee of property he was entitled to receive due to the death of his wife, Cheryl Angleton.
