In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the petitioner appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Family Court, Rockland County (Richardson-Mendelson, R.), dated September 24, 2013, as, in *684effect, granted that branch of the respondent’s motion which was to dismiss the petition for lack of standing.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs to the respondent.
