MEMORANDUM OPINION

HANSEN, Chief Judge:

Appellants, James and Norma Okun, (Father and Mother, or parents), seek review of the trial court’s dispositional order which denied their motion for new trial and which ordered Appellants’ children, C.O. and J.O., whom the court had adjudicated deprived, to remain in the temporary custody of the Department of Human Services (D.H.S.) for appropriate placement. The trial court assumed emergency jurisdiction over the children under 43 O.S.1991, § 505(A)(3), finding that the parents had mentally abused the children, that the parents were unable to provide an…
