Hearing on confirmation of the Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan was held on November 10, 1986. The Debtor is a small business owner of a restaurant and lounge in Townsend, Montana. The original Plan proposed to pay $2,965.00 per month for the business operation based on projected annual income of $270,000.00.
