In re the Estate of Gerhardt

This is a proceeding instituted by the plaintiff, Robert Bilo, for the probate of the Last Will and Testament of Mary Elizabeth Gerhardt, deceased, and for Letters of Administration C.T.A. At the conclusion of the hearing, this Court held that: (1) the Last Will and Testament of Mary Elizabeth Gerhardt is admitted to probate; and (2) the Letters of Administration be issued to the plaintiff, Robert Bilo, upon qualifying and giving bond to the Superior Court of New Jersey in the sum of $70,000.
