NIMMONS, Judge.

Appellants appeal from a final judgment of forfeiture forfeiting $37,388.00 to the *1378State of Florida. The case was presented to the trial court on a stipulated statement of facts which we summarize herein.

In March of 1988, two state troopers observed a 1987 Chevrolet Blazer and a 1987 Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling southbound on 1-75 through Alachua County at 72 miles per hour in a 65 m.p.h. zone.
