It being reported to the Circuit Court of Frederick county, in the suit of Stephenson v. Richard Ridgeway, R. S. Ridgeway, and others, brought to enforce a judgment lien of the plaintiff against the lands of Bichard Bidgeway, that one W. H. Seevers, as trustee in a deed of trust from Bichard Bidgeway and B. S.
