Corp. of Puer-to Rico and H.D. 65, Inc., appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico dismissing their complaint against defendants-appellees Ford Motor Co. (“Ford”) and Ford Motor Co. Caribbean, Inc. (“Ford Caribbean”).
