The County Collector of Du Page County, hereinafter the Collector, brought an action to obtain judgment for sale against certain real estate owned by the objector-appellant, Alfred N. Koplin, hereinafter the objector, which was delinquent in real estate taxes for the tax year 1974. The objector filed his objections to the Collector’s action and moved for orders of refund.
