*681FOSTER, Justice.
The bill of complaint in this case was filed by appellee against appellants, labor organizations which are unincorporated associations, having their places of business in the city and county of Montgomery. The bill alleges in substance, and so far as here material, that Bear Brothers are general contractors and had entered into a contract with Montgomery Towers, Inc., for the construction of a large apartment house in the city of Montgomery in accordance with the plans and specifications.
